Getting back into a workout routine post-baby is not the easiest thing I’ve ever done. In my pre-baby life, I thought I was busy. I had no idea. In my future life, with more kids hanging around our house, I’ll laugh at my present self for thinking I’m busy.
Busy busy busy.
We’re all busy. When we pour so much of ourselves into our family, our work, our prayer, and our other duties, it’s easy to put our physical fitness on the back burner and watch as it becomes a neglected mess.
Finding time and energy to workout with a newborn has been a challenge, but I am certain that it has been made simpler and doable thanks to kettlebell training.
