As promised, here is David’s big wish list. This gift guide for a man’s man, as I like to call it, is comprised of many of Dave’s favorite items (many he has, some he wants). If you’re scrambling to find something for the guys in your life, hopefully this can help you brainstorm!

What would you add to the list for the fellas in your life?
Oh gosh this is good. Especially because I’m about to pick out my husband’s gift! I would add cast iron… anything cast iron. It *may* be what a certain Mister is getting and it *may* be partially a gift for me too. Oops?
The valet/tray thing reminds me of my father putting everything from his pockets onto the window-sill by his bed every night. Spare change, the wedding ring from his finger … it’s a noisy activity. Since the window-sill in this particular case is wooden, I feel like (but only if project ideas count) an easy, built-in tray could work in some convenient area where people always put things, too.
And if we are going to go that far, maybe “building” a spot to put a glass of water by the bed at night would be a good idea, for anybody …
Shout out to the cast iron up above as well! I’m still using (in Steubenville) one of the cast iron pieces (the rest my family is still using) from a set my father bought probably 40 years ago 🙂
Oh my gosh this is a great list!!! I’ve gotta pin this for the future years… birthdays, special just-becauses, etc. Thanks for typing this out! The Whiskey rocks are brilliant!
Awesome list! I think our husbands would get along well. Mine is ALL ABOUT the Saddleback Leather Company. He has the large briefcase and he pretty much won’t leave the house without it. 😉
